Because of my extraordinary mother,
I am confident and strong.
She showed me how to love for others,
She taught me right from wrong.
Her love is unconditional,
for the hearts of all her family.
My mother is subliminal,
At least she is to me!
I've learned a lot over the years,
From this one brave soul.
She said smile and wipe the tears
When life begins to take its toll.
I miss seeing her every morning,
Reading the newspaper in her favorite chair.
It ended soon with little warning,
What I'd give for more time to spare.
The loss of feeling in her arms secure,

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water
will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down
the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down
and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line
the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is
best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
